Writing Improvement at this level focuses on refining structure and expression — taking writing that’s already solid and making it sharper, clearer, and more deliberate.

- Refining expression: tightening sentences, cutting filler, and choosing words with intent.
- Genre flexibility: applying strong structure across narrative, persuasive and informative writing.
- Self-editing: learning to spot and fix their own weaknesses, not just rely on a teacher’s red pen.
